How long does it take for orders to go out?
Orders received before 12 p.m. (MST, M-F) will be shipped out that day. All others will be shipped the next business day.

Can I monitor fulfillment activity in real time?
Yes, with our convenient Client Portal, you can track, modify and customize orders from your home or office computer in real time. Also, you have the option of receiving daily, weekly or monthly reports including: shipping reports, inventory reports, returns, and payments and accounting.

Do you process returns?
Yes, we have returns processing systems, covering everything from receiving to restocking.

Do you offer private labeling or custom packaging?
Yes, we offer graphic design support for custom packaging, custom pick tickets, invoices, labels and more.

I have a Website but I need to set up a shopping cart. Can you do this?

How do you calculate warehouse fees?
We classify items as large, medium and small. We also calculate units shipped per month.

Yes, we can shrink wrap all sizes of packaging.
